Consulta is a service company, and not a Law Firm. We hire experience legal professionals, who have helped and filed hundreds of Immigration applications over many years, and are very well versed and trained to consult clients with review and completion of their applications.

Can Consulta help me with my removal/deportation proceedings?
No, Consulta can only assist you with filing your applications forms with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
What other services do you offer?

What if Consulta files my application with USCIS and I receive an interview?
Consulta will guide you through the process. If you decide you want or need an attorney, we can refer you to an attorney to attend with you.
What are your fees?
Our fees are flat-rate to show full transparency and consistency with each client. In rare occasions, if an affidavit is needed in conjunction with your application, an additional fee is applied.
Do you offer payment plans?
Since we offer flat-rate fees and are reasonably priced in order to make it affordable to everyone, we do not offer payment plans and payment is due at the time of filing.
